Humans have evolved into very complex and intricate beings, with largely entwined systems working together. Naturally, imbalances are not rare which is why it’s extremely important to employ a holistic approach, focusing not on one particular area at a time but improving as a whole.

Health and wellness coaching is about understanding the key factors that shape the six aspects of deep health. In my view, it’s not about simply accepting what doesn’t feel right—whether mental or physical—but about taking a healthy, sustainable approach to achieving your goals and creating a life that truly fulfills you.

In other words, wanting to change is a positive thing—when it’s pursued through a healthy and sustainable approach.

As humans, we are wired to crave growth and personal development—and that’s a beautiful thing.

To me, coaching isn’t just about reaching a single goal; it’s about creating lasting, meaningful improvements in your daily life.

Whether you’re already knowledgeable or just starting your journey, my program is designed to help you reset your health, boost your energy, reclaim your confidence, and truly thrive.

My View

My name is Ioanna Kypriou

I am a Licensed Health and Nutrition Coach, a Personal Trainer, and a Waterski Instructor.

My main aim is to help you implement long-term positive health changes adapted to your unique needs, in order to improve your physical health.

These changes are carried out through four areas: Nutrition Education, Psychology, Physical Activity, and Behavioral Change.

Most importantly, I emphasize a holistic health approach, by taking into consideration the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.

I went through 3 different operations in a year, I lost my period multiple times and my ability to sleep uninterruptedly. I suffered from all the different eating disorders you could google, I put on and subsequently lost 20kg in a few months and not to mention the depression and the medications which came with it.

It was a long process but thankfully with the love I received from my family and friends, I managed to recover.

That was the time I realized the power of getting support and the importance of trusting someone else to make decisions for your actions when that is needed.

Today I feel grateful for all those experiences which allow me to comprehend any eating and stress-related issues my clients are going through and to practice something that brings me so much joy & happiness.

I have always considered myself a very lucky person. I grew up on an island near Athens surrounded by nature, in an amazing family environment with my three brothers and my parents who have been and will always be a beautiful example for me.

Perhaps my biggest challenge has been to emulate their accomplishments, to create a beautiful family but more than anything to find true happiness, which I think is certainly their greatest success.

In such ideal circumstances, I always sought perfection, or at least what I considered as such, in every area.

Unfortunately, though, I did not realize the amount of pressure I was constantly placing on myself until my own body started giving me its signs. It was truly a roller coaster for me, I suffered both inside and out.

In just one year, I went through three surgeries, lost my period multiple times, and struggled with uninterrupted sleep. I battled nearly every eating disorder you could name, gained and lost 20kg within months, and faced depression along with the medications that came with it.

It was a long and difficult journey, but with the love and support of my family and friends, I found my way to recovery.

That experience taught me the true power of support—the importance of allowing yourself to trust someone else to help guide you when you need it most.

Today, I am deeply grateful for everything I went through, as it has given me a profound understanding of the eating and stress-related challenges my clients face. It has also led me to a career that brings me immense joy and fulfillment—helping others find balance, healing, and a healthier relationship with food and themselves.

I have always considered myself incredibly lucky. I grew up on an island near Athens, surrounded by nature and a loving family—my parents and three brothers, who have been and always will be an inspiring example to me.

Perhaps my biggest challenge has been to emulate their accomplishments, to create a beautiful family, and to discover what true happiness means to me, as I believe that is their greatest success.

In such ideal circumstances, I always sought perfection, or at least what I considered as such.

Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the immense pressure I was putting on myself until my body started sending me signals. What followed was a roller coaster—one that challenged me both mentally and physically.
